Komax is company group focusing in IT & marketing services and products to industrial clients and enterprises. The first company Shanghai Komax Science-Technology Development Co., Ltd. 上海凯融科技发展有限公司 was found in 1996 in Shanghai.

In 2002, by combining with another trading company and increasing investment, the company Shanghai Ren-Chang Computer Science-Technology. Co., Ltd. 上海任昶计算机科技有限公司, also as known as Shanghai Komax Computer in her English name, was established in Shanghai.

In 2009, the subsidiary company Shanghai Ren-Chang trading Co., Ltd.上海任昶贸易有限公司, also as known as Shanghai Komax Trading in her English name, was established, for expanding her trading and cross border business.

In 2010, the subsidiary company Chang International AB 任昶国际股份公司 was formed in Stockholm, Sweden for expanding business into Europe.

In 2012, the subsidiary company Shanghai Ren Da Exhibition & Conference Co., Ltd. 上海仁达会展会务有限公司, also as known as Shanghai Komax Exhibition in her English name, was established, for providing the exhibition and conference services as well as marketing promotion products.
