In 2002, by combining with another trading company and increasing investment, established the company Shanghai Komax (Ren-Chang) Computer Science-Technology. Co., Ltd. 上海任昶计算机科技有限公司 in Shanghai.

In 2009, our subsidiary company Shanghai Komax (Ren-Chang) trading Co., Ltd.上海任昶贸易有限公司 was established, for expanding our business into trading and e-commerce.

In 2010, our subsidiary company Chang International AB 任昶国际股份公司 was established in Stockholm, Sweden for expanding the business into Europe.

In 2012, the subsidiary company Shanghai Komax (Ren-Da) Exhibition & Conference Co., Ltd. 上海任达会展会务有限公司 was established in Shanghai, providing the exhibition and conference services as well as marketing promotion products.
